Our logistics include tax, you don’t need to pay.
Subject to the information published by the logistics service provider, you have the option to return your order and receive a full refund (including postage) within seven days of the delivery date shown. If the order is cancelled before the package has been shipped (this is usually within 48 hours), we can cancel the order for you and issue a full refund.
A full refund requires that.
1.The product is undamaged, unscratched and unstained.
2. no missing accessories.
3. The packaging box is not damaged.

Money will be refunded from the original payment method

About lost parcels
Our products are all valuable items, we choose reliable logistics providers for cooperation, such as Amazon Logistics/USPS/4PX/DHL/DPD/Singapore Post, etc.
According to the logistics information if the package is lost, please don’t be anxious, we will try our best to retrieve the package for you.
1. If it is lost in transit, we will re-ship a new package to you. All costs will be borne by us.
2. If the logistics service provider system shows that the package has been delivered (including placed in the parcel locker, Delivered near the front door or porch, a safe place) and the package is lost, please try the following ways to retrieve the package.
2.1 communicate with family members, who may have received it.
2.2 contact with the logistics company and ask them the exact location of placement.
2.3 check the security camera nearby when the parcel arrived time.
If still not found, please call the police or contact the logistics company to claim.
